Remove the Old Stopper
BIGVEE™ mounts where your current bow stop sits. Remove the existing stop before you begin.
Fit BIGVEE™ in Place
Mount it using the supplied hardened M12 (½") bolt and shims for a secure, precise fit.
Adjust & Align
Rotate BIGVEE™ to match your bow angle, then pick one of the smaller holes for the secondary locking bolt.
Tighten Bolt
Move the boat to its fully forward position. Rotate the BIGVEE needled, then tighten the central securing bot.
Add Secondary Lock
Drill an 8mm (5/16th) hole in the upright metal bow stop support arm & fit the small secondary locking bolt.
Trim & Protect
Shorten excess bolt length. Smooth sharp edges and coat exposed metal with corrosion-resistant paint.
