Shipping and Returns Policy

Returns are accepted by post within 30 days from the date of order. 

Please be aware, we do not accept returns simply due to change of mind.

It is up to you to be certain of your decision to purchase before ordering. 

If the product you receive was to be defective, we can offer you either an exchange for the same product or offer you a full refund on the item itself only after we have received the product and deemed it defective. Postage costs for both parties, both directions are non-refundable.

When returning an item, we recommend you use registered post with tracking. Regular post is also accepted however, we will not be responsible for your loss of the item in the mail. 

Please contact us first before returning any items. Simply returning the item will not initiate a refund.

Please include a copy of the original order receipt when making a return to us. If this is not available to you, just ask and we will find our copy.

Please also include your phone number and or email address. Orders returned without relevant information will not be able to be processed.
